Burberry Becoming First Luxury Retailer to Livestream Fashion Show on Twitch

British fashion house and globally recognized brand Burberry is becoming the first luxury retailer to livestream a fashion show on Amazon’s Twitch, according to Business Insider.

The brand announced that it will broadcast its Spring/Summer 2021 show on September 17th, 2020, and plans to stream footage from various angles, which will all appear in one window on their channel.

At this time, Burberry has not provided any additional details regarding the streaming of their fashion show, but with the brand taking this approach, it will likely lead to more fashion shows streaming live on the Twitch platform in the future.
