Major League Baseball deputy commissioner Tony Petitti is leaving the league after 12 years to become president of sports and entertainment of Activision Blizzard.
Petitti will take his new post on August 17th.
Petitti will report to CEO Bobby Kotick and will oversee esports, consumer products, and film and television, according to Activision Blizzard.
